Processing and Testing Fee (includes medical courier fee): $1,949 Includes enrollment, Umbilical Cord Blood Stem Cells collection kit, processing and testing, outbound kit shipping and return medical courier service*.

Annual Storage Fee: $125 The Annual Storage Fee is fixed at the time of enrollment for the life of the contract.

Umbilical Cord Blood Stem Cells Annual Twins Storage Plan (includes medical courier fee): $ 3,818 Includes enrollment, Umbilical Cord Blood Stem Cells collection kit, processing and testing, outbound kit shipping and return medical courier service*. Umbilical Cord Blood Stem Cells Annual Triplets Storage Plan (includes medical courier fee): $ 5,562 Includes enrollment, Umbilical Cord Blood Stem Cells collection kit, processing and testing, outbound kit shipping and return medical courier service*.
